This website is intended to keep residents and stakeholders informed of consultation activities, showing how the masterplan has being shaped by your views, and to keep you updated on the progress of the planning application.

David Wilson Homes, a group company of Barratt Developments plc, on behalf of landowners are in the process of preparing a masterplan to develop land south of Park Farm as positive addition to the existing village of Maresfield.

Following numerous previous consultations and events, running over the last five years, we have now submitted a planning application.  Details of this are on this website.
