David Wilson Homes, a group company of Barratt Developments plc, on behalf of landowners are in the process of preparing a masterplan to develop land south of Park Farm as positive addition to the existing village of Maresfield.

We intend to submit the masterplan to Wealden District Council to inform the ongoing Local Development Framework (LDF) process, which has identified Maresfield as a potential location for growth.

The submission to the council will be accompanied by a report setting out how we involved local residents and stakeholders in preparing the proposals.

Consultation at local level between the landowners and residents (including the Maresfield Renaissance Group) has helped immensely to progress the masterplan since then.

This website is intended to inform residents and stakeholders of consultation activities over the coming months and to show how the masterplan is being shaped by your views.
