Vision Statement

Our vision is to create a low-density development of new homes, with improved facilities for Maresfield as a whole – an expansion of the village that does more than meet housing demand, but is carefully integrated in its links, its layout, its character and the make-up of its house types and sizes, including affordable homes aimed at local young people. 

We envisage a development Maresfield can be proud of, an attractive and highly desirable place to live, with extensive public open space and ready access to unspoiled woodland and open countryside, managed democratically and independently through a village trust.

We see a development that unlocks real and lasting benefits for Maresfield – for better and more secure community resources, enhanced sporting opportunities, formalised access to land for recreation, and, with our leverage, traffic calming.
