The planning application and previous masterplan have been developed by a multidisciplinary team working closely together to create a framework for an exemplar village extension.
The professional team consists of Colin Buchanan (planning, transport, and consultation), David Williams Landscape consultancy, Ramboll (environment), Ash Partnerships (ecology), Odyssey Consulting Engineers and Chelgate (public relations).
Colin Buchanan is a leading transport, planning, urban design and economics consultancy. Founded by Sir Colin Buchanan in 1964, with over 40 years experience the firm remains independent, offering impartial and objective advice and excellent design solutions to a wide variety of clients. David Williams Landscape Consultancy is an independant landscape planning, design and environmental consultancy based in Berkshire, with its core skills embedded in landscape planning and environmental design.
We offer a personal and responsive service to clients within the public and private sector. We can support projects at any stage of the development process from feasibility study through to implementation.

Ash Partnership
We are a multidisciplinary Environmental Practice based in Eastbourne. We provide high quality expertise in ecological survey (all flora and fauna), including NVC, RCS, Protected Species and Hedgerow Regulations.
We have in-house experience on all aspects of Ecology, Water Quality and Land Management. Our Consultancy will undertake Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), Appropriate Assessments (AA) and EcoHomes Assessments; and can provide/carry out Management/Monitoring Plans for construction and land management.
Odyssey
Odyssey Consulting Engineers (OCE) was formed in 2005 as an independent consultancy to provide detailed transport, highways and civil infrastructure engineering advice to the development industry.
The company specialises in providing advice that maximises the development potential of land, from the initial feasibility stages through planning to detailed design and implementation.
